TEChaus Limited was initially incorporated on 7th March, 2006 under the Companies Code, 1963 (Act 179 - Registration tag CA - 23, 968).

However, TEChaus Limited only became operational after years of formative activities which included, research into unique local materials and techniques; enchancement of diverse existing constructional know-how particularly pertinent to our local built environment, and introduction of new design and construction ideas that has guaranteed quality and efficiency of our products.

Our prime areas of operation are Accra/Tema  and Takoradi, nonetheless, our services extend across the entire country and beyond to the sub-continent.

TEChaus Limited is registered and certified under all relevant statutory bodies governing business operations in Ghana, i.e Ghana Revenue Authority, Ministry of Works and Housing, the Public Procurement Authority, etc.

TEChaus Limited is also registered and / or affiliated to other significant local and international bodies such as EDGE, Africa Construction Review, etc.

TEChaus Limited is a Civil/ Construction related technical support Solutions Company with a competent team of professionals comprising Architects, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyor, Interior/ Spatial Designers and Project Managers, with a drive for perfection aimed at Clients satisfaction.
